The best brow pencil for me – Nanobrow Eyebrow Pencil
The pencil is one of my latest cosmetic discoveries. It’s long-wear, efficient and has a velvety texture. It contains everything you could possibly expect from a good product for brows.
Softness: I don’t buy pencils with really hard tips because doing makeup would be a nightmare then. My sensitive skin doesn’t like them either because they often cause irritation. What’s more, everyday makeup with such harsh products makes the condition of my eyebrows much worse – they start to fall out. Nanobrow Eyebrow Pencil has a thin tip that is very precise and soft. It’s easy to work with and the velvety formula allows for building up the intensity of the colour.
Performance: Did you touch your eyebrows by accident and your makeup is ruined? Not with this pencil! Nanobrow Eyebrow Pencil is one of the most long-wear pencils I have ever owned in my collection. It’s resistant to smudging and coming off. The makeup survives up to several hours with no touch-ups.
Pigments: You can choose from 4 natural shades: Blonde, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Espresso. The pigments are rich and intense, and they match easily to the natural colours of the eyebrows. They look wonderful on their own and when combined with a brow gel or mascara. They’re not too warm or cool-toned – everyone will find their best shade 🙂
Applicator: Nanobrow Eyebrow Pencil contains an automatic tip. You don’t need to sharpen it or worry that it could break. On the other end of the case, you will find a small spoolie to comb your hairs or brush out the excess product.
How to do makeup with Nanobrow Eyebrow Pencil?
Here are a few of my tips for doing brow makeup with the Nanobrow pencil. It’s super easy 🙂
I start my brow makeup by brushing my brow hairs upwards. The special spoolie on one end of the brush helps me do that. Only three little motions are enough to make them look nice. I outline the desired shape by drawing a thin line on the lower and upper edges of my brows. I add little hairs in the sparse areas. This way I can make them appear thicker without only filling them with colour. This lets me get full and accentuated arches with no grotesque effect. I brush the excess with the spoolie and I set the makeup with a transparent brow gel.
